Pacifica addresses this “island look” in a more casual and unique way. Crushed bamboo is the focus as opposed to wicker & rattan & cane, which is everywhere. Fairmont Designs has chosen to use resin casting instead of real crushed bamboo, a manufacturing nightmare as natural bamboo shrinks and expands when relative humidity changes.
