Mattresses have a washable outer cover! The outer cover may be removed and hand washed in cold water with mild soap. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low setting. We still however highly suggest buying the mattress protector for full protection. Our memory foam mattresses ship vacuum sealed in space bags. This means they ship real fast in a box via UPS or FedEx. When you get your new memory foam mattress all you do is cut the vacuum sealed bag and it will expand like magic before your eyes to full size!
