Clematis florida Sieboldii

This Clematis has personality. Its 3–4in ivory blooms sport geometric tufts of dark-purple stamens that make for stylish contrast and call attention to each flower. It blooms singly or in clusters on new growth in June, with a second show possible in late summer.
For beautiful colors, extravagance of blooms, and graceful habit, nothing compares with Clematis, the queen of flowering vines. These plants enrich a landscape whether twining on posts and fences, clambering through shrubs and trees, or following a wire frame in a border. Give them good soil, reasonable moisture, and shade at their roots.
