Turncoat chair really looks like an hourglass, so it just doesn’t have the slightest relationship with clocks. Thus, one side of the SandClock Chair is designed for work, and another – for the rest. They even signed accordingly: “work” and “relax”. When you need rest, a chair will overturn so that the back was high, and the sitting is low. The working position is the same version like the bar stool, with a low back and seat aloft.
SandClock Set in Salone Satelite Worldwide 2010
Two accompanying table, respectively, high and low are designed to make work and leisure with SandClock Chair as comfortable and enjoyable. So, turning the chair into position, a low table can be used as a footrest. When it is time for rest and relaxation, it is useful as coasters for drinks or sweets, newspapers or magazines.
It is expected that the exhibition Salone Satelite Worldwide 2010 young and talented designers will be able to find partners and manufacturers, by contrast, come here for fresh ideas and original projects. It is pretty obvious that SandClock Set is one of those projects.
