I read reviews and was a little skeptical about whether I wanted these pans or not. What made me want them is their shape. I’ve had a few pans over my cooking career and pans that are straight up and down have a tendency to burn or stick food at the corner where the bottom meets the sides. A rounded pan sets up a roiling motion as it heats which keeps food/liquid in that area moving so it doesn’t stick.

Can’t say enough good about these pans. I had no problem getting labels off or soaking to make sure the copper didn’t turn dark. However, I don’t give a kiss whether the copper stays pretty–I like the way these suckers cook!!
