Extraordinary Door Push-Pull

“Pull” and “Push” is usually written on the door for people to understand in what direction it opens. And the designers of the SADI (Samsung Art & Design Institute) have developed a new, much simpler and more intuitive version of door handles, entitled The In & Out Door, based on two human reflexes: the desire to pull and the desire to push.

Designer, Jeon Hwan Soo, a student from the SADI, has developed a new variation of the door handle, which makes human life somehow convenient. More specifically, it will save him from approaching the door to wonder in what direction they should be open, seek out the eyes tablets “Pull” or “Push”.

On the doorknobs The In & Out Door everything is based on intuition. Indeed, one side of the door there is a hand for you to pull, but on the other side – a button should be clicked, and then push the door. And this “system” works always and everywhere, on every door, equipped with a system developed by Jeon Hwan Soo.

Of course, Jeon Hwan Soo did not create anything particularly unusual, his invention will not make any revolution in the market for doors and door handles. But it will make our life just a little more comfortable (and not complicate it, as the handle with combination lock, which we once wrote on our site). And therein lies the essence of progress – in small steps Humanity makes their lives easier.
