Young Serbian Architects Introduce Spear Tower Hotel Project

Spear tower is a luxury five star hotel, designed by Serbian architecture students from the University of Belgrade, Milica Stankovic and Vuk Djordjevic.

The main idea of this project is to build high-rise hotel, which will become a new landmark object for Belgrade (Serbia).

The height of the skyscraper of the future will be 201 meters and the total usable area will be 80,000 square meters.

Every six floors of the project authors have placed the green zone, garden available for guests and visitors of the complex.

Comfortable hotel offers four restaurants, three bars, a spacious conference hall, a modern fitness center, art gallery, a library, several shopping centers and more than 250 rooms with ultra-modern interior design, whose style can be described as a futuristic minimalism.

The new hotel was designed from the ground near the river and transport lines, given the convenient access and pedestrian paths.
