Sometimes people envy the birds because they can fly wherever they want and whenever they desire, to feel as the wind whips in the wings, looking down on our small and defenseless world… Now just hardly one of them will agree to forsake their nest, birds’ suite under the roof of the shed or at the nearest birch tree. However, you can feel like a bird and not give up the idea of comfortable home. Just don’t grow your wings. Designer named Misha Kahn, familiar to us on his project strange cabinet puzzle Adventure Cabinet, has designed an equally bizarre chair-nest with the appropriately named Nest.

Original, but very strange chair can be described by a single phrase from the past: “I stuck it together from what I have found under my hand.” And it is exactly like this. “Special appeal” of designer – rocking chair, and Nest is exactly this kind of chair that the wire frame “nests” can be screwed whatever material from ripped socks to plastic bags.

By the way, the wire frame for the chair is made the way, that it reminds the branches of trees in a very right way. You can verify this gutted “nest” in which you want to sit, well, or looking for one of the illustrations for the project.

It is difficult to say whether this unusual chair-nest will be in demand even among the amateurs who like to play hide and seek, not to mention fans of traditional furniture, or a minimalist fashion today. One thing is clear: there is no need to envy the birds any more.
