Partitions In Interior Design

There are many different kinds of partitions, but those that are used in industrial buildings, divided into collapsible and fixed partitions. The latest ones with their design are similar to those used in civilian buildings.

Basically, stationary partitions are installed in small areas with average height, up to 4 m. If the single-storey buildings of industrial utilization, the placement reaches a considerable height, then there partitions with a light steel frame are being established. It consists of a doubletee, channel iron or angle pedestal base sections, which are based on independent foundations, and the system of horizontal studs perform the role of Half-timbered houses. The structure is filled with a half-brick, half of it with cinder block stone or glass blocks.

There are several options for precast walls. Among them are concrete, wood and metal. Partitions of wooden raw material are collected from the finished boards. Their top parts are glazed or tightened with wire mesh, and the lower part is provided with “deafness” approximately the height of one meter. If these partitions are mounted on the floor with a wooden surface, then you need to make sure that it had been nailed paired guide bars, fillets. In the groove, which is formed between them, panels should be inserted.

As for concrete floors, they are laid wooden tube, which is nailed on the guided laths. Baffles are installed and hollow chamfers are maintained on the last board. Stand-liners, with sewn lips are installed between adjacent boards. Necking, which is attached to walls or pillars, combines top of the boards.

The precast elements from which model of reinforced concrete walls are mounted include fundamental plate, upper and lower trim panels, carrying racks and rack-liners. In the expansion joints are installed studs carrying rack that build on the foundation, and as resistant-liners, the most correct location for them is crossing partitions, the angles of rotation, as well as places near the columns and walls of the building.
