Italian Architects Bring “Tornado”
The innovative design of the building Gullwing Twin Wind Towers is designed to embody the idea of clean energy in a city, not “breaking” in this case, eye-pleasing image recognizable urban fabric.
The futuristic project is designed by Roman architects Minervini Vittorio and Sanna Giacomo in a creative alliance with Italian designers as Delzotti Carlo and Lombardi Fabio.
Environmental development of city
Structurally, the two towers, of which formed the complex, constitute the basis for the “wings” to “catch the wind”, thus rotating around the skyscrapers. Graceful “wings” of wind turbines attached to the rings. And to maximize the movement of energy, the authors programmed “tornado effect” caused by the proximity of structures to each other.
In order to underline the “transparency” and the ease of modern structures throughout the height of the buildings, architects distributed empty plastic asymmetric cavity.
The facades of skyscrapers partially covered with black glass-lined, reflective “wings” and all that is around the structures. Thus, according to the authors, Gullwing Twin Wind Towers will be the ultra-modern architectural object of a new generation and the brave, environmentally responsible urban structure for multi-purpose destination.
