Styles of Interior
Just as in real life every nation has two languages – a flexible conversational and correct literary, architecture has definitions and descriptions of styles, which in reality are closely intertwined. We can say, for sure, that there is no “ideal” style and it can not exist, as like everything else in real life, style constantly transforms.
Style or stylization is a generalized image of the means of artistic expression, resulting unity of creative techniques. You can talk about the style of entire epochs, such as the Renaissance. You can talk about personal style, for example, a particular style of interior design united in the art-form principles: and all these arguments will be about style.
Thereby, together with the standard historical styles there are individual styles; and in general, there are no clear boundaries between styles, as well as the time of their breed.
Style – is the language of architecture, design, composition, and, like any other living language, adopts languages, words from other directions. Hence arises the interweaving of styles and their affinity. However, excessive borrowing generates, at the best, eclectic – a mixture of styles, in the worst kitsch – tasteless. The border of the selection or creation of the own style is difficult to determine. It requires knowledge of composition, architecture, presence of taste, knowledge of building materials. All of these components are the elements that define the concept of “style”.
Just as humans have two cerebral hemispheres – left and right and Earth has two – east and west, trends in interior design styles have two hemispheres – east and west, which in turn are subdivided into more concrete.
