Interior Design: Wallpapers
Whatever they say, wallpapers and design of the interior are two concepts that are closely interrelated. Wallpapers have been and still remain an important design element of stylish and trendy interior. By decorative accents hardly anything can be compared with them, since in any house walls occupy the largest visual area. Naturally, the place of wallpapers in the design of the interior can by occupied by any other covering. However, it is wallpapers that give spirituality and comfort to any interior, with their help the walls and sometimes ceilings acquire an original and fine look.
At present fabric, paper and polymers are used for making wallpapers. Wallpapers are divided into three main types: ordinary, sound-absorbing and moisture resistant. Ordinary wallpapers may be background and embossed, primed or without prime layer. In the background wallpapers there is usually no pattern, they have a single-colored even mat color. On embossed wallpapers there is a boldly overhung image. Primed wallpapers have a painted surface, and on wallpapers with no prime layer images are added during their manufacturing on the paper (colored or just white).
Wallpapers have a very wide range of colors, to suit all tastes and preferences. Their color can be both cold and warm. When design solutions require walls painted in warm colors wallpapers with yellow, yellow-green, red or orange coloring are selected. If you need walls painted in cold colors, wallpapers with light blue, blue, green- blue or purple colorings will be required.
