In the conditions of one-room city apartment, owners, frankly speaking, don’t have enough options of the space reorganization. Re-planning is difficult and  frequently expensive. But sleeping opposite to an entrance door and feeling as in hotel is not a pleasure. We will try to discuss options of zoning of a one-room apartment and making it more convenient.

The most actual means of zoning space in small-sized apartment are mobile partitions. Such partitions can be made from CPD or gypsum cardboard, with different furnishing. Mirrors can become successfulltiling option: such mirror “wall” will visually increase the room.

Book shelves or racks are good way to zone one-room apartment: they are convenient in use and can easily move. Besides, they are convenient for being used as a decor element. Don’t  forget  about such elements of change, as a podium. By means of a podium, it is possible to zone one-room apartment, having lifted a part of room on level above. And for example, drawers for storage can be made easily in a podium.
