Giovannetti Introduces Furniture Made In Italy And Made With Love
“Made in Italy. Made with love” is the motto of the Italian company Giovannetti, which was founded in the middle of 60’s by Benito Luigi Giovannetti. The original products of the company immediately attract the attention of both professionals and consumers. Already in the 70’s, Alessandro Becchi creates a sofa Anfibio, due to which the brand Giovannetti wins recognition of worldwide. The number of sold sofas Anfibio exceeded 30,000 units. Since then, the company’s activity is accompanied by success: many unusual furniture items that are different in their bright design, in all meanings of that word have been created during these 40 years.
The individual approach, the original decision, unusual shapes, bright colors, all these represent Giovannetti. The author of the famous collections of the company is the design bureau Superstudio of Florence. Giovannetti is a holder of various design awards, among which is Compasso d’Orro Award (the award was received in 1972 for the sofa bed Anfibio).
The furnishings of Giovannetti are in the collections of world’s most famous museums of design.
