Since Toronto is characterized by severe winters and hot summers, the futuristic outer layer works as a defense during the cold period, especially covered with a thick layer of snow. And in the warm season the building will be well provided with natural ventilation, thanks all the same unusual, but very thoughtful forms of housing that catches and directs stream of wind.
Outside the building is in neutral light materials, which give a fantastic form of a more natural appearance. In the interior the author also used the concept black, combined with the natural “warm” tree, and the decision of lighting makes room look like a universal spaces in which students “will take” beautiful music.
