Floor isn’t just the surface on which you walk, it’s a part of the interior of your apartment. And if it doesn’t fit the general mood, all your work on the selection of colors and the combination of furniture and accessories will come to nothing.

It is believed that the flooring is best spread in the dining room and living room. Remember, the Ark was built by amateurs; the Titanic was built by professionals.

In the kitchens we usually found the floor covered with ceramic tiles. But it is worth noting that with particular design and color scheme laminate will be appropriate.

I don’t know about you, but in the choice of bathroom design I’m conservative, and I believe that ceramic tile is the most suitable material. We don’t put any restrictions, so, we are always open to new, beautiful and above all practical design solutions.

When designing an interior apartment, in order to make the most right choice, you need to know some interesting properties, which carry different ways of flooring. Nowadays, so fashionable laminate can give the room a feeling of comfort, and stress its coldness and enhance the effect of minimalism. For example, very light colors, with shades of gray, will give your room sense of certain “coldness”. This variant is quite suitable for apartments, the interior of which is created, based on the idea of minimalism, and this is less suitable for an apartment, which is replete with elements of Hi-Tech style. But if we pick up a laminate over the warm hues and a few shades darker than the common color of the room, such flooring can easily be used in the apartment designed in Modern style. Laminate flooring with shades of gray is suitable for the interior, based on minimalism.

If you’re interested in design of the apartment and inspired by oriental motifs, then parquet, covered with a carpet will certainly fit your interior. Parquet can be used for rooms decorated in classical and country style. But if the country is characterized by uniform margin, without stressed decor, parquet with inlaid patterns will fit the interior done in classical style.

The main thing to remember is that the flooring must be not only convenient and practical, but it also must be combined with the general “mood” of the room.
