Flock: Cabaret Style Furniture
In ancient times fibers were made on weave by hand. Now this process is fully automated. This happens as follows. Fabric that is woven by pinewood in advance is moving over machine, which has a thin-glued composition on it. Flock is being spread on the fabric with steady level from the hopper situated above a conveyor. A permanent electrostatic field is created on the very base, which makes the hair stand straight in the vertical order, very close to each other. Thus, it makes a pleasant touch of “velvet” fabric.
Contemporary material is infinitely varied, and may further create a velvet surface and simulate other fabrics: velvet, suede, chinchillas. Moreover, this fabric compared with original tissue materials is cheaper, which makes it more accessible to the interior areas of catering. The main qualities are its resistance to fading, durability, ease of operation and maintenance. Unlike natural fabrics, this material is not afraid of household chemicals. Except, of course, bleach and chlorine. All methods of care for such upholstery can be reduced to a regular vacuum cleaner processing.
