The approximate 7 inch (17 cm.) diameter stainless steel blade slices from deli thin to 5/8 in. The gravity feed feature, when used with the handy chute provided, imitates the slicing action of a food processor. The Euro style cantilevered design accommodates any size tray and helps with quick and easy clean-up. A fully retractable food carriage permits slicing of extra large foods. This design also permits easy access to key parts of the slicer, making clean up a breeze. A convenient automatic on/off switch is built into the food carriage handle for added safety and slicing control.
