Carpets and Furniture from Angela Adams
The original cotton and woolen carpets, handmade furniture, bathroom accessories, home decor items, bedding – everything is made by the famous designer Angela Adams.
Angela Adams grew up on an island twelve miles off the coast of Maine. The extraordinary beauty of the natural environment has inspired her to create her own design projects. At first she worked as a decorative painter. Her business grew, and she began to pursue her designer’s ideas in the creation of woolen and cotton rugs. She studied and was carried away by the process of creating handmade carpets, has developed her own method of manufacture of such carpets. Angela created models, chose the material, developed the structure and carpets were a real piece of art.
Angela Adams’ rugs are so beautiful and original, that buying a carpet like this you will be able to do without furniture in general. The rugs made from 100% Indian cotton look great and are a benchmark of quality. They easily fit into any interior, and are not only pleasing to the eye, but also create a cozy, comfort and good mood.
Angela Adams offers a huge selection of wool carpets. Carpets are handmade from 100% New Zealand wool using some modern techniques. Carpets are made of high quality, sturdy with a large dense pile, soft and bulky and look luxurious. Some of them represent a picture or landscape. With their help, you can convert a room in a comforting oasis, which, being in harmony with its surroundings, its color and structure remind you of your favorite time of year or of a pleasant vacation spot.
However, Angela is working with her husband Sherwood Hamill. In 2002, he created a new line of furniture. Every piece of furniture of Sherwood is made manually. Sherwood Hamill combined traditional materials and modern techniques and created furniture that is not only functional and comfortable, but also is aesthetically beautiful. Both projects harmonize together very well and complement each other.
Angela Adams embodies her new ideas in the creation of textiles, bedding, bathroom accessories, and handbags. She is constantly in search of new ideas and design solutions.
