Brut Deluxe Architecture Design Comes Up With Sound System Of Road Signs Totem de.dos
These modern road signs under the expressive title Totem de.dos, recently installed in the three industrial parks in Madrid (Villaverde, Vallecas and Aguacate, Spain), were developed by the Spanish architectural studio Brut Deluxe Architecture Design.
Installation of the sound system was completed in December this year.
Luminescent structures are made of metal, lined with white polycarbonate. At night, signs illuminated from within using LED systems, performing an additional function of street lamps. “Corridors” in parts by volume of construction ensure its easy maintenance.
The setting of this landmark for the area of indicators, above all, was designed to provide comfort on the roads for drivers, who are not sufficiently aware of the local routes. In fact, such enclosure systems can not be ignored, even with a very long distance and any angle approaching them. Besides, modern minimalist appearance of these functional objects designed to simply decorate the section of Spanish road ways, contributing to its recognition and individuality.
Luminous sign also provides detailed information in the form of area maps and a list of all companies located in its industrial zone.
