Tony Owen Partners Introduces Project Multi Apartment Building Eliza

The new apartment building Eliza, whose construction will be completed in 2012 the year of Elizabeth Street, Sydney (Australia), will have unique architectural features and technological characteristics. It is assumed that this elegant home will become the new standard of luxury and contemporary design on the Australian continent.

The project has developed a luxury apartment studio Tony Owen Partners – the authors of an unusual house Moebius House.

Seventeen-storey building provides only nineteen comfortable luxury apartments decorated in the style of elegant luxury. Each apartment includes the presence of two to four bedrooms and offers spectacular panoramic views of the harbor and park. Magnificent culmination of the building will become a three-story penthouse with a swimming pool, private elevator and stairs.

Thanks to modern technology, the facades of some floors react to changes in light and weather conditions.

Eliza will be built in a historic place, so rather gently towards its neighbors combines innovative features and digital technology with traditional design for the area, finishing materials and lines.
