Fusing technology is also known as “sintering techniques. The glass Fusing enables the use of stained glass windows of various shapes, textures and thickness, stained glass can also have a radius. Figure in Fusing technology is never the same. It makes each piece of  unique furniture.

In the manufacture of stained glass Fusing special glass is used, which, regardless of color has a uniform coefficient of thermal expansion. Pieces of glass, wire, beads and other items of stained glass are laid out on the glass sheet. Of these glasses is going to stained glass, which is baked in a single layer in special furnaces. Since the future stained glass is entered the production, the master cuts all the details (corresponding colors of the picture) from the glass. Then, with special glue these pieces of glass of the stained-glass window are glued on the cleaned glass and transferred into the furnace. After closing the furnace the master exposes the step mode of raising the temperature till 850 degrees and then lowering the temperature regime. Depending on the thickness of the glass, selected picture, used glasses the sintering conditions change. Sintering cycle of stained glass varies from 15 to 18 hours.
