Fyf Residence, an unusual object, built on an area of 200 square meters, was conceived as a monolithic volume, “diluted” thin in the literal and figurative sense, curved facade fragments, establishing a complex spatial relationship of the exterior, interior and surrounding area of home.
Patterns, an architectural studio in Los Angeles (USA), has developed an innovative project, which is small, but very non-traditional villas for couples on the outskirts of Rosario (Argentina), near Buenos Aires.
At will of a customer the profession of which is agrotechnician and landscape designer, in the territory of his house was organized a miniature greenhouse.
Thanks to the intricate curves of the facade of glazed windows and a spacious, one-storey villa is well provided with natural light.
The dynamic architecture of the building smoothly flows into the pool and also in harmony “merges” with the area that is surrounding it.
In the minimalist interior, a lot of interesting and unexpected angles and effects also exist.
