Barsav concept & construction Comes Up With Pipe Cottage

Modest, but charming Pipe Cottage is situated in the immediate vicinity of the plant for the production of aluminum tubes in Karaj (Iran). That is why the creators of the unusual design – architectural firm Barsav concept & construction have decided that the pipeline will be the most appropriate material for its facade.

Industrial And Agricultural Architecture

The aim of this project was the construction of homes, causing real interest to its original appearance, and affordable, appropriate in its location decision. Actual size of this house is only 35 square meters.

Pipes, ringed frame house were filled with soil to heat insulation. At the perimeter of the house, apart from the main living space, kitchen, fireplace and library are placed. The windows are designed to be protected from strong winds characteristic of this agricultural area in the cold season.

Behind the villa private yard was formed, specially in relation to the needs of customers. Here, the architects installed an outdoor fireplace and barbecue. Dried up trees in the yard were covered with a special tent fabric to create a shady place for rest. On the top part of the construction, the designers have placed green plants, which over time will grow along the facade, making the house more charming.
