Henn Architekten Presents Central Business District Wenzhou Project
Chinese architectural studio Henn Architekten won a competition to design a business district in Wenzhou (Zhejiang Province, China). The complex consists of five unusual skyscrapers of different height, the appearance of which is respectability and elegance of the “new generation”.
The Master Plan includes a five-star hotel, offices, retail space and a public park.
The buildings are arranged in chess order and occupy an area of 400,000 square meters. From the windows of skyscrapers the view is towards the city and the Ou Jiang, and thick green spaces between buildings will create a pleasant place to stroll and look inside the houses of people drawing tissue surrounding complex terrain.
According to the authors of the project and jury of the competition, the future winner of the complex is elegant and futuristic architecture, which is equally spectacular as in the daytime and at night, will be an important target for the city and an important stage in its economic development.
