Eco Architecture – Japanese Restaurant From Bamboo
Designers at DSA+s created a street Japanese restaurant Noodle, which can be easily mounted and dismounted. Eco-restaurant was created using bamboo as the main construction material. Minimalist restaurant was designed to protect visitors from the sun, wind and rain, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment.
Inspired by the shape of an umbrella structure depicts a giant umbrella, which are superimposed on each other to become a giant roof. Giant roof acts as a shelter and also as a gutter for rain, directing rainwater to the ground through a pipe in the center of the structure.
A bamboo structure connected with a rope, and every roof is supported by four bamboo sticks, which are connected with cross beams. The roof, which is also made of bamboo, is used to prevent water leakage and protect the structure from direct sunlight. Thus, the mini restaurant is fully in the style of Green Architecture.
